You'll be responsible for the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll do
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase JustPaid's value proposition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the entire sales cycle
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos for senior sales team members
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor analysis, and product updates
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong phone presence
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and lead qualification processes
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in financial services, accounting, or business software sales preferred
- Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
